How To Become A Reseller

   
   Dealer Application form

LCF would like to invite you to join our expanding reseller network.

To become a LCF reseller, please download the reseller application form and provide us with the documentation described below.

Existing LCF resellers who shows no sales activity for a period of six (6) months will be removed from our active customer database without prior notification. The reactivation of an account will be treated as a new account and the same procedures applied. The reseller application form and the required documents will be re-submitted.
 

(1)
A copy of your Business Licence issued by your city or municipality;
(2)
If you are a limited company, a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation showing your legal company name, issued by your province;
(3)
A completed Reseller application form
(4)
Copy of your Company Cheque,marked void, with your company name imprinted on the cheque by the bank;
(5)
Copy/copies of the following documents applicable to your province:

Please note that all sales must be prepaid or by cash , bank draft, wire transfer or money order. Company cheques are accepted only upon approval by our credit department.
